White privilege fragility is when whiteness is challenged, held accountable, or exposed, and instead of reckoning with it, white people lash out, cry, play victim, or retaliate. And it’s not just hardcore conservatives—liberals and self-proclaimed allies do it too. They go silent, block us, ice us out the moment their own comfort or opportunities are at risk.

So, what are we going to do about it? How are we going to navigate it over the coming years?
