Today’s guest is Michael Ogunsanya.

Michael Ogunsanya is the cofounder and CEO of Mindstand, an artificial intelligence driven software that detects implicit bias and harassment within internal workplace communications. His company serves to improve company culture with its AI engine that understands the intent and context of conversations to provide you with alerts on what really matters within your workplace community.

Michael was a happy new intern, working as an engineer in a Fortune 50 company. He didn’t plan on tackling the issue of workplace harassment until it happened to him firsthand. Soon after that incident, he left the corporate work and started Mindstand in 2018 with his two co-founders. And in just 2 short years, Mindstand has won several awards and is currently partnered with Microsoft for Startups, to continue its mission of foster a healthy online community for universities, small businesses, and enterprises alike, one post at a time.
